1. Parcel deliveries are contactless and made to the apartment door.
2. Freight deliveries are contactless and made to the designated location. 
3. After ordering, it is possible to redirect parcel delivery to a desired drop-off location. 
4. The delivery times shown on smokac.com are generally applicable. However, there may be delays of a few days.

• Available items are usually delivered to you within 15-20 business days (Monday-Saturday).
